North Carolina almost falling off of his ruff-n-tuff bro South Carolina. Jersey with the hat being calm and cool for once. Small Connecticut with his Rich Guy slicked back blonde hair. Rhode Island is tiny too; she has the bandana. Massachusettes and New York have hats and are not strangling each other because it is was Al's day. Maryland has glasses and pigtails. And since Virginia is pushing her sister off, Pennsylvannia is about to drop the birthday cupcake. Oh noes! o.o
